With that said, here's a bit of update on me. I will be starting to walk the track in the park again as the temps are finally climbing out of the sub freezing temps. Right now I am looking at something like this for guide lines:

If I will be walking without my granddaughter I will walk when the temps are above 30 degrees (this includes windchill) and as long as it is not raining. I know that I will not be babysitting on Tuesdays, so this day is a given for walking as long as the temps are above 30. Any other day of the week is up in the air depending on Kara and Caleb's work schedules.

If I have my beautiful 5 1/2 month old granddaughter the temps of course will have to be above 45 degrees.
