I know I should have taken advantage of the sunshine and temps this morning and walked the track. The fact is I didn't, I did not feel up to it. I let a few aches (eyes, head, neck, shoulders, and back) to keep me from it. I am sure a trip to the Chiropractor would do me wonders this morning. I won't be walking tomorrow either, I have Lilli startings at 8:30am, unless Caleb's dad comes up from the Hills, then he will babysit. However I did walk, and even jogged a little. It was nice to see so many fimiliar faces back at the track. Were you there? Next time let me know, meet me by the Garden Center Bridge. (LOL like most of readers of this blog even live close, or know where the bridge is, but it's worth a try)

On another note, and probably one of the reasons why I didn't feel up to walking this morning, Kara's dog got out of the yard at the new duplex and was hit, and killed by a car late yesterday afternoon. Kate who loved little Jack is taking this very hard. So all night long I worried about both Kara and Kate.
