So I know I am showing my age as I listen to my vinyl records, but hey I love those old things. CDs and MP3s are cool and everything, but there is something about the old stereo turntable. My kids think I have a strange taste in music, what can I say I believe there is good and bad in everything. SO what if right now I am listening to Gerry Rafferty's City to City, then Abba's The Album, then I have Michael Stanley Band's Cabin Fever, after that there is Steve Miller Band's  Fly Like An Eagle, and last I have Black Sabbath's Master of Reality. A little of this a little of that, I don't have time to add a little Boss, Pink Floyd, or Billy Joel, so they will be here another night.

Life is all about life and living, celebrating the good times, laughing through the bad times, and having fun along the way.

I didn't walk much this last week, but I am plan on walking every morning next week. I really need that time out on the track with all those smiling faces, every hello, every good morning, every how are you, brings a smile and lifts my mood. And getting a the exerice in doesn't hurt, hoping to do 3 miles (2 laps) may even try to walk down to the monument steps and try them once or twice. So if you don't see me right away, give it a few minutes and I will happen to past that way. The bridge at the garden center, or the table there where the small stream waterfalls down into the creek, are great places to be. Maybe I will start taking a few minutes to myself and sit there by the waterfalls, close my eyes and get a little zen thing going in the mornings, maybe it will help me focus on all that is my life and sort a few things out, and get more done, who knows it's all worth a try.
